Trakify (« we », « our ») is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its Chrome extension. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

We only collect the data necessary for the service to function:

• Account: email, hashed password for authentication
• LinkedIn profile: only the content displayed on screen when generating a message (not stored)
• Preferences: tone, language, signature configured in the extension
• Subscription: billing information via Stripe (managed by Stripe)

3. Use of data

Your data is used to: provide the message generation service, manage your account, process subscriptions and improve the extension. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Storage and security

Data is hosted in Europe. Passwords are hashed. Communications with our API are encrypted (HTTPS). Analyzed LinkedIn profiles are not stored on our servers.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you can: access your data, rectify it, delete it or request its portability. Contact us via the contact page to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

Our site uses essential technical cookies (session, security). The extension does not place advertising tracking cookies.
